Treatments and Rates

*EMDR sessions are recommended to be 90 minutes for optimal effectiveness. However, EMDR is also offered for 50 or 60 minute sessions, if needed.

Other Services

Superbill (detailed receipt) can be provided upon request for clients to submit out-of-network claims to their own insurance. Reimbursement will vary, depending on the insurance plan.

Group Therapy Rates are dependent on the group offered. Please refer to each group to see rates.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations are charged a $55 fee. No shows (client does not show up for session and does not notify therapist) are charged full fee.

Insurance and Payments

I am currently an In-Network provider for UnitedHealthCare, Optum Behavioral Health, and Aetna. Prior to our first initial session, please verify with your insurance to make sure your plan qualifies and to determine benefits. For all other insurance policies, please refer to the Superbill page for more information.

Payment Options: Cash, Check, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, HSA/FSA cards.

For your convenience, an option of recurring payments may be authorized, and your credit card will be charge after each session.
