I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in treating individuals who suffer from trauma, complex trauma, addictions, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. For 10 years, I have been helping individuals overcome their life’s roadblocks that deter them from pursuing their goals and fulfillment.
I earned both my Masters in MFT and my Masters in Educational Psychology from the University of Southern California (USC). I earned my B.A. in Political Science and my minor in East Asian Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). I am trained in EMDR, DBT, CBT, and family systems. These credentials give me the tools and skills to help you, but my compassion, my collaborative nature, and my unconditional positive regard will create the safe place you need to heal. Even when you have lost hope, I will hold on to it for you.
When we feel stuck, we affect those around us and they, in turn, impact us. My goal is not only to help you find your strengths, but also to help you to find power in the relationships and resources surrounding you.
